Complete these steps after dinner so your morning is effortless

Soak prunes - Place 4-5 dried prunes in a glass, cover with 1/2 cup purified water. Leave overnight. Use both the prunes and ALL the soaking liquid in tomorrow's breakfast.

Soak almonds - Place 12-15 raw almonds in a separate glass, cover with purified water. Leave overnight. Soaking neutralizes phytic acid and makes them easier to digest.

Set out probiotics - Place your probiotic bottle on the counter so it is the first thing you reach for tomorrow morning before anything else.

Set out shaker bottle - Place shaker bottle, ground flax seed, and unsweetened cranberry concentrate on the counter. Your morning routine should take under 5 minutes.

Put away the salt - Sea salt is allowed only for the pre-cleanse meal. Put it away and put your sodium-free seasoning out in its place.
